Urban Hive Properties delivers a unique apartment experience. Our properties are more than just a place to live. We support how you want to live with environmentally sustainable practices, beautiful surroundings, healthy recreation, and a supportive community.

We provide all of our residents with a full recycling service. Additionally, we allow for online rent payment and application submittal to cut down on the use of paper. We use low VOC paints and glues, and use water saving devices on the showers, faucets and toilets. Some of our properties even have community gardens so that you can grow your own vegetables.

Each Urban Hive property has its own signature art produced by local Salt Lake City artists. These artistic elements are repeated throughout each property and surrounding gardens to provide an aesthetically pleasing experience.

Run at the park, bike to work, walk to dinner, and finish all of your errands without ever starting your car. All Urban Hive properties are located near commercial and business centers, so your daily needs are never more than a short walk away. If you prefer to travel by two wheels, you will be happy to know that each property offers secure bike storage. Should your travel needs be more extensive, we are located near light rail, bus lines, and the Sugar House Trolley. Moreover, we are located near Salt Lake’s best parks, which provide ample trails and outdoor opportunities. There are numerous gyms and yoga studios nearby to facilitate a healthier you.
