The apartments at Irving Heights offer large windows with incredible views of either downtown or the mountains to the east. The kitchens are galley style that have ample cabinet and counter space. Some of the amenities at Irving Heights include: controlled access doors with an electric key system, an onsite laundry facility which is open 24/7, an outdoor swimming pool opened during the summer, online rent pay, and recycling; we even offer glass recycling.

In addition to base rent the other monthly fees are:
